How do I know which size will fit me best?
Our general Size Chart is a good starting point to determine your size and to get a better sense of how a specific item might fit.
Because we curate boutique apparel items from different designers and manufacturers, it is important to read the product’s description and model measurements to get an accurate idea of how it might fit. If there is anything important you should know regarding an item’s fit-such as whether an item tends to run large or fits true-to-size-we will try to mention it in these descriptions.

How much does shipping cost in the US?
We offer Free Ground Shipping for orders over $50 and Free Returns on all orders in the United States!
If you need your item sooner, please select the expedited shipping option (US customers only).
How fast is your shipping?
In most cases, orders placed by 1:00 p.m. Central Time will ship same or next day.
Depending on your location, it takes between 3-8 business days. You can upgrade to 3 Day Select or 2 Day Air if you need it faster. 3 Day Select should arrive in 3 days, but delivery time is not guaranteed and may take an extra 1-2 days depending on your location.

Can you ship to P.O. boxes?
No, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes. If you entered a P.O. box as your delivery address we will reach out to get an alternative address. Please note that this may delay your delivery.
What happens if I refuse the package or it is undeliverable?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to the following shipping fees:
2nd Day Air: $10.00 | Ground and 3 Day shipping: $7.00
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address has been entered correctly.
Placing or Cancelling an Order
When I place an order online, do I have to pay sales tax?
There is no sales tax for apparel, shoes, scarves, belts, hats, costumes, hosiery, outerwear, swimsuits, undergarments and other apparel items.
Sales tax is only collected in Minnesota for jewelry, gift and non-apparel items.
What if I need to change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, but we’ll always try our best to make changes before we ship your order. The best way to do so is to call us as soon as possible by phone at 952-217-5878, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m-4:00 p.m. Central Time.
Something I ordered is now on sale. Will you match the new price?
We do not offer price adjustments on items that have been put on sale.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
What if something I ordered arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item by calling us at 952-217-5878, Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m-4:00 p.m. Central Time, or by email at email@example.com. We will cover the cost of returning your item to us so it can be repaired, replaced, or refunded.
Can I return items that are on sale?
Sale items marked ‘Final Sale’ have been reduced in price and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items purchased as a gift are still applicable to our ‘Final Sale’ policy and cannot be returned.
What if a Final Sale item I ordered arrived damaged?

What is your return policy for items shipped within the USA?
We offer free returns in the United States when you use our prepaid return shipping label.
How do I return an item?
Please read our return policy below and use our return form to proceed with a return:
All items received for return within the 14 day period will be fully refunded. Items returned within 14 days of receipt may be refunded to the original form of payment or store credit.
If you choose store credit, an additional $5 of store credit will be applied once your refund is processed. This does not apply to late returns or those otherwise outside of policy. Limited to one bonus credit per order.
Please return all items to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition including Poppy Smooches hangtags.
The following items are not eligible for refund or exchange:
- All items marked ‘Final Sale’
- Intimate apparel, Underwear, Socks, Tights, and Bodysuits
- Beauty products
- Shoes without the original box—the box must be free of damage, postage stickers or stamps.
- Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains are not eligible for exchange.
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us at email@example.com and we will check to see if we have the item in stock. If we have the item, we will hold it for you until we receive the return and then ship your exchanged item to you. If we do not have the item in the color or size you requested, we will issue a full refund upon receiving the return. Since many of our items sell out quickly, we cannot guarantee that any item(s) will be in stock.
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will email a prepaid label to you. Print the label, fill out return form included in shipment.
- Securely pack and seal the items and include the completed return/exchange form in an appropriate shipping box or envelope.
- Attach return shipping label (be sure to cover or remove old shipping label) Mail through USPS (United States Post Office)
Refunds & Return Processing:
Please allow 10 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
Refunds are issued back to the original method of payment or with an online credit.
